Terms of service

Listen to Any Audio (https://listentoanyaudio.com) is operated by Wikivec Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”). By connecting Listen to Any Audio to an AI assistant or using this website you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What the service does

Listen to Any Audio lets AI assistants such as Claude transcribe and answer questions about audio you link to or upload. A third-party AI model (Google Gemini) transcribes the recording and writes the answers. Transcripts and answers can be wrong or incomplete; check the timestamps before you rely on them, and don't use the service for decisions that need professional advice.

Acceptable use

• Only submit recordings you have the right to use. Where the law requires it, you must have the consent of the people recorded; you are responsible for that, not us.
• Don't use the service to identify people from their voice, to track or profile real people, or to harass anyone.
• Don't submit content that is illegal to possess or share.
• Don't try to get around usage limits, for example with many accounts, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use the service in breach of any law or of the terms of the site that hosts the recording.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes 60 minutes of audio a month. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Availability

The service depends on third parties (the AI assistant you use, Google, podcast hosts and our hosting providers) and may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
